Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The research must be printed on bright white A4 paper with the following dimensions: 13 cm x 22 cm. The page margins must be 4.85 cm (top), 3.5 cm (bottom), and 4.5 cm (side), with a line spacing of 1.15 cm. It is written using MS-Word
  • References within the text should be cited according to the APA format, as follows:
    Note that sources should be cited at the end of a paragraph. The last name, year of publication, and page number should be written in parentheses. The reference list should be placed at the end of the research or study, as follows: Author's name, title, edition (if any), place of publication, publishing house, and year of publication.
  • The research should be written in Arabic, using the simplified Arabic font (AL-Mohanad Bold) in size 14 for the body and size 12 for the footnotes. For texts written in languages other than Arabic, the font (Times-New Roman) in size 12 should be used.
  • Titles should be written in size 15 bold, black.

Author Guidelines

The journal publishes solid scientific studies and research in accordance with the laws of the Libyan state, provided that the research has not been published elsewhere, and that the researcher pledges to do so in writing, in accordance with the following regulations:

  1. The researcher's full name and place of work must be written on the research. and their email, and are committed to completing the publication request form and the pledge form, along with a brief CV of no more than one page.
  2. Research papers will be accepted in Arabic, accompanied by an abstract of no more than 150 words, translated into English, and annotated with five keywords other than those mentioned in the title.
  3. The total number of pages of the submitted research paper must not be less than ten pages and not more than twenty-five pages of A4 size, unless the editorial board decides otherwise. The research paper must be linguistically correct and documented accurately.
  4. The journal reserves the right to publish research papers and utilize them in scientific fields without reference to their authors, provided that they are credited according to established procedures.
  5. Research papers submitted to the journal will not be returned to their authors, whether accepted or not, and the applicant is not encouraged to request them.
  6. Upon acceptance and publication of the research paper in the journal, the researcher will receive one copy of the issue, in accordance with the journal's administrative and financial procedures if the issue is published in print. 7. The journal's editorial board has the legal right to reject any scientific contribution unless it is prepared in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions and falls outside the journal's scope.
  7. The journal does not accept publication of research co-authored by more than one researcher.
  8. The research, or parts thereof, may not be published elsewhere after its publication in the journal without written permission from the editor-in-chief.
  9. The arrangement of research in the journal is subject to technical considerations.
  10. The journal does not pay remuneration for research and studies.
